1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NanoVer iMD-VR (“the App”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Purpose of the App

The App is a scientific and educational virtual reality application developed by the Intangible Realities Laboratory as part of publicly funded research, supported by the European Research Council, the Tiny Blue Dot Foundation, and the Xunta de Galicia.

3. Open-Source License

The App’s source code is released under the MIT License. Use, modification, and redistribution of the source code are governed by the terms of that license.

4. Research Attribution

Any scientific research, derivative work, or publication that makes use of the App or its underlying methods must properly cite Intangible Realities Laboratory and the NanoVer project, in accordance with standard academic practice.

5. No Warranty

The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Intangible Realities Laboratory does not guarantee accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Intangible Realities Laboratory shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

7. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated if required. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
